Chunky Chenille Needle No.16 - Vintage
Beautiful vintage chenille needles with an elongated eye for stitching with thicker thread and a sharp point to easily pierce through fabric.
The larger eye and shorter length also make it the ideal needle to use when sewing in loose tails at the end of a mend.
Made by the iconic British brand 'Milwards' in the historic town of needle-making - Redditch, England. Milward's have been manufacturing needles since 1730, so they know a thing or two about it.
These needles were made in the 1940s/1950s and are unused; why buy new, when you can buy secondhand!
Suitable for:
- darning, patching, embroidery and sewing in loose ends.
- mending medium-weight woven fabrics e.g denim.
- sewing with thicker thread e.g. embroidery floss.
